Make an Appointment
Thank you for using our online booking system! If this is your first time making an appointment through our site, you will only be allowed to make one appointment reservation as a part of the security we take to make sure these are real appointments. Once you receive your service at our salon, you will then be able to make an unlimited number of appointments through this system in the future. If you need to add another appointment, please call us at 818-249-2833, and we will be happy to help you with that.
Please remember that your appointment time has been reserved JUST FOR YOU. When you do not show up, or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, we are unable to provide this appointment time to another client. Please only book appointments that you can keep, and in the occasion where an emergency arises, please call our salon to cancel/modify the appointment time. If your appointment is missed, we will require a credit card deposit on your next appointment.
Please note:
When scheduling an appointment with designs, we automatically allow for an additional 15 minute window for your appointment. If you plan on getting different designs on each nail, please leave us a note when scheduling your appointment so we extend your appointment time, so we do not have any scheduling issues.
In addition, when scheduling an appointment that you would like to keep with the technician that you have scheduled with (as in it is a request for that technician, and only that technician) please leave us a note stating that the appointment is a request, and we will be sure to keep your appointment with the scheduled technician. Thank you for understanding.
While we make it our most important priority to be on time to scheduled appointments, at times it is completely out of our control. Your appointment will begin within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. We are a service based salon, and operate primarily off of scheduled appointments, and some walk-in's. We do have a 15 minute window for appointments to be marked as a no-show, and thus, have to honor appointments where our clients come in within that time frame. In addition to this, the majority of our services include some form of gel polish. Gel polish (although very rarely but sometimes) can wrinkle during the application process, where we have to remove and re-apply -- this can also cause a delay in beginning the next scheduled appointment on time. Please understand that we will do our best to get your appointment started at your appointment time, however - there may be a slight delay.
